Rev Noir Consulting LLC is a DMV-based grant strategy and nonprofit development firm founded by Sandy Merilan, a fundraising professional with over 12 years of experience helping small and mighty mission-driven organizations build the infrastructure to grow.
Rév in Haitian Kreyòl means to dream — and that is exactly the spirit behind this work. Sandy understands deeply what is at stake for communities that have long been told their dreams are too big, their needs too complex, or their organizations too small to matter. In 2023, she founded Rev Noir Consulting with a simple conviction: that the organizations doing the most essential work in our communities deserve the resources, strategy, and support to sustain it — especially now.
